Victoria Avenue

Our brief for this lovely kitchen renovation was to transform a dark, south facing kitchen into a light and airy filled space. Our clients were excited to incorporate an island into the kitchen design as plentiful storage was a high priory on their list.

We used white cabinetry with a more traditional profile to keep with the style of the rest of the house. Copper tiles under the island bench brought a warm, rustic element to contrast with the otherwise light and bright kitchen. Adding plenty of lighting options to this space helped transform the kitchen into a light filled and inviting area.

“We have worked with Nicola before on another home improvement project so felt confident that she was the right person to design and oversee the installation of our new kitchen. She is very knowledgeable, uses top quality tradespeople, listens carefully to your ideas and requirements and oversees the project to ensure it is completed within the appropriate time frame. We were very happy with the plans for the kitchen and delighted with the finished project – it certainly exceeded our expectations, is very functional and fits in well with the style of our house. We were concerned that the project would exceed our preferred budget but it came in well under, which was an added bonus. We thoroughly recommend Nicola.”
