For this master ensuite renovation we started with altering the layout of the room to maximise space and create better flow. Where the large walk-in shower is now was once the toilet space. This has allowed us to create a luxurious walk-in shower with a shower slide and rain shower head, rather than the previous small corner shower. With the vanity being the first thing you see as you walk in, it creates a beautiful view from the master bedroom. Double vessel basins were a request from our clients, also specifying wall-mounted aged brass finish tapware and LED mirrors above. The vanity has a beautiful Caesarstone Vanilla Noir engineered stone benchtop and dark lacquered drawer fronts. We also introduced a tall open shelved unit for storage.
The colour palette of this ensuite is dark and moody with brass highlights which brings added luxury. A mix of dark and mid-toned industrial style 600x600mm tiles on the floor and walls, paired with the textured Matt Black subway tiles behind the vanity, create a perfect backdrop for the fittings and finishes to pop. The master ensuite reflects the colours specified in the master bedroom with charcoal and mustard linen and velvet bedding.
