For this master ensuite renovation we started with altering the layout of the room to maximise space and create better flow. Where the large walk-in shower is now was once the toilet space. This has allowed us to create a luxurious walk-in shower with a shower slide and rain shower head, rather than the previous small corner shower. With the vanity being the first thing you see as you walk in, it creates a beautiful view from the master bedroom.

The colour palette of this ensuite is dark and moody with brass highlights which brings added luxury. A mix of dark and mid-toned industrial style 600x600mm tiles on the floor and walls, paired with the textured Matt Black subway tiles behind the vanity, create a perfect backdrop for the fittings and finishes to pop. The master ensuite reflects the colours specified in the master bedroom with charcoal and mustard linen and velvet bedding.

“Nicola has been on board with us for the 15 month period of our renovation. She has advised on flooring, paint colours (interior and exterior), a new kitchen, several bathrooms, window dressings, furniture, art, fabrics and outdoor furniture. Nicola has been fantastic to work with, and we have really appreciated her ability to listen and offer both beautiful and practical design advice. I would not hesitate to recommend Nicola to anyone wanting an interior designer.”
